Does Living Spaces offer Same Day and Next Day delivery?

Yes, Living Spaces offers Same Day and Next Day delivery in qualifying areas. To check availability in your area visit our Delivery Options Page.

Is there a minimum purchase required to qualify for Full-Service Delivery?

No minimum purchase is required, but additional fees may apply.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a delivery confirmation email from Living Spaces. When you receive the delivery confirmation email, please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated on the delivery carrier's website. We recommend tracking your order to ensure it is delivered successfully.

Will delivery include rearranging my furniture or removing old furniture?

No, delivery personnel are not permitted to remove, move or stage any furniture currently in your home.

Does Living Spaces deliver to all 50 States and P.O. Boxes?

Living Spaces delivers to the lower 48 states but does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Same Day and Next Day options are not available in all markets. To determine eligibility, please view your delivery options here.

What are the exchange/return fees associated with Full-Service Delivery items?

It is our goal here at Living Spaces to offer a huge selection of great quality and stylish products that will turn your space into a home. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied, we will do our best to make things right.

Will I be notified when my Delivery is on its the way?

Yes, you will receive an email before your delivery date. You may check for real-time updates on the day of your delivery. Click here to track your delivery.

I qualify for free shipping; may I change my delivery method from Full Service to Free Shipping?

Yes, you may change your delivery method by clicking here. If your delivery date is less than 48 hours away, then we will not be able to reschedule your delivery.

Indoor Drop Off FAQ

Do Clearance or Accessories items qualify for Indoor Drop Off?

Accessories and Clearance items do qualify for Indoor Drop Off. All accessories also qualify for free parcel shipping.

How soon can I expect my items with Indoor Drop Off?

Items sent via Indoor Drop Off can be scheduled as early as next day from purchase. Check your estimated delivery time here.

When can I expect my shipment?

A 3-hour window will be provided the night before shipment for all standard service areas.

Must I be present during the time of delivery?

Yes, a person 18 years or older is required to be home and sign to accept the shipment. If no authorized adult is present during your scheduled delivery window, your delivery may automatically be changed to Outdoor Drop Off by Living Spaces (or if Living Spaces does not change your delivery to Outdoor Drop Off, you will be charged an additional delivery fee to reschedule). If your Indoor Drop Off is converted to Outdoor Drop Off you will not be refunded your delivery fee.

Where will my furniture be placed, upon delivery, under the Indoor Drop Off shipping plan?

For single family homes, the placement of items will be inside of the front door or garage.

For apartment buildings, the placement of items will be inside the apartment’s front door. Elevator is required if delivery is above two flights of stairs.

Does Indoor Drop Off include unpacking, unwrapping, assembly, or the removal of packaging?

No.

Does Indoor Drop Off include pickup and removal of my old mattress?

Yes. For guests who purchase a new mattress, removal of a used mattress is available when Indoor Drop Off or Full-Service Delivery is selected. But Living Spaces will not remove any mattresses that are contaminated and pose a risk to personnel or equipment.

What are the exchange/return fees on items delivered via Indoor Drop Off?

What are the customer packaging requirements for exchanges and returns?

Products delivered via shipping (not Full Service Delivery) are required to be placed back into their original packaging for all exchanges and returns. Products not returned to their original packaging will not be accepted.

Once a delivery truck has been dispatched, will I be charged for any Not at Home, Reschedule or Missed Delivery situations? If so, what amount?

Yes, there will be a fee if you are not present at the time of delivery or do not reschedule 48 hours before your delivery date. The fee for a rescheduled delivery is $59.

May I change my delivery method from Indoor Drop Off to Full Service?

Yes, you may change your delivery method by clicking here. Please note that if your delivery date is less than 48 hours away, rescheduled delivery will not be possible.

I lost my assembly instructions; can Living Spaces send me another copy?

Product assembly instructions are available on our Living Spaces website. Select the product for which you require instructions. Within the webpage for the selected product, assembly instructions can be found by scrolling down to the bottom of the “Product Details” section. If the product is no longer showing online, our Guest Services team will be happy to send you a copy. You can quickly contact Guest Services via chat by clicking here.

Outdoor Drop Off FAQ*

When can I expect my shipment?

Deliveries are generally made within an 8am – 6pm time frame.

Must I be present during the time of delivery?

No. Your items will be placed in front of your door and you will receive an email notification with a picture indicating delivery.

Where will my furniture be placed with Outdoor Drop Off?

For single family homes, items will be placed outside of the front door or garage.

For apartment buildings, items will be placed outside the apartment’s front door. Elevator is required if delivery is above two flights of stairs.

Does Outdoor Drop Off include pickup and removal of my old mattress?

No, pickup and removal of used mattresses is not included as part of Outdoor Drop Off. Instead, if you are purchasing a new mattress from Living Spaces and want pick and removal of your used mattress, you should select either Indoor Drop Off or Full-Service Delivery.

What happens if my package is stolen?

Once your Outdoor Drop Off order has been delivered, Living Spaces will email you a notification of delivery which will include a link to a photo of the delivery. Once delivered, Living Spaces is not liable for theft or damage. In the case of theft, you should contact your local authorities.

What if it is raining or snowing?

In the case of inclement weather such as rain or snow, Living Spaces may attempt to deliver your order in an area protected from the elements (e.g. covered porch). Alternatively, Living Spaces may attempt to contact you to deliver via Indoor Drop Off (with no additional fees). If neither option is available, your delivery may need to be rescheduled.

What if I need a return picked up?

If your delivery also requires the pickup on an item you are returning, you must select indoor drop off because a signature is required.

Parcel ShippingParcel Shipping

Parcel Shipping FAQ

What items are delivered via Parcel Shipping?

Select furniture and accessory items will ship directly from the manufacturer via UPS (Ground or Freight). A separate tracking number will be provided by UPS, but you may track your entire order using the Living Spaces’ tracking tool.

Is Parcel Shipping free?

Yes. Enjoy free Parcel Shipping nationwide for all our rugs, pillows, wall art, other home accessories, and select furniture items. No minimum amount is required.

May I request Parcel Shipping?

No need to request it. Items available for Parcel Shipping will automatically be setup for Parcel Shipping when you checkout.

Can I request assembly for Parcel Shipped items?

Unfortunately, Living Spaces does not offer assembly on Parcel Shipped items.
